Shipping Policy:

1. Shipment cutoff time is 12:00 PM.
2. After placing your order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, and 2-4 working days for multiple and/or oversized parts.
3. If you reside outside of our region or in a remote area, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary due to courier services.
4. We don’t accept customer’s own generated shipping label.

Free Pickup:

1. If the Local Pickup option isn’t available on the checkout page, please contact your local branch representative to begin the process.
2. If part is located in a different branch, and would like it to be shipped to your preferred branch for ‘Free Local Pickup’, it will take 1-3 working days if the part is within region, and 2-3 weeks for out of region.
3. It is your responsibility to organize the pickup of your part(s) promptly.

Oversized/Pallet/Multiple Parts shipments:

1. Multiple parts being shipped at once.
2. If you’re purchasing multiple quantities of the same product, please reach out to us for an accurate shipping quote, as the current freight cost applies to a single (1) item only.
3. Shipping quote on the checkout page may be subjected to change on all oversized/pallet shipments.

Insurance:

1. All orders shipped have a standard insurance coverage of $100.00.
2. Additional insurance coverage will cost you extra 5% of your order total (must call to request this).
