Shipping Policy:
- Shipment cutoff time is 12:00 PM.
- After placing your order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, and 2-4 working days for multiple and/or oversized parts.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you reside outside of our region or in a remote area, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary due to courier services.
- We don’t accept customer’s own generated shipping label.
FREE PICKUP:
- Must contact your local branch representative to initiate the process.
- If part is located in a different branch, and would like it to be shipped to your preferred branch for ‘Free Local Pickup’, it will take 1-3 working days if the part is within region, and 2-3 weeks for out of region.
- It is your responsibility to organize the pickup of your part(s) promptly, and exceeding the allocated time may result in storage fees being applied.
OVERSIZED/PALLET SHIPMENTS:
- Multiple parts being shipped at once.
- Shipping quote on the checkout page may be subjected to change on all oversized/pallet shipments.
INSURANCE:
- All orders shipped have a standard insurance coverage of $100.00.
- Additional insurance coverage will cost you extra 5% of your order total (must call to request this).
