Refund policy
30-Day Returns
All parts are eligible for a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date. If you return undamaged parts within this 30-day window, you are eligible for a full refund minus all original and return shipping costs. No refunds or returns will be accepted once 30 days have passed from the delivery date. Once your return has been completed and inspected, refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items and Final Sales
Special ordered or custom parts are final sale. Customers who purchase parts for custom builds or upgrades do so at their own risk and assume all responsibility for compatibility and fitment. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all specifications prior to purchase as no exceptions will be made once the order is processed. Special ordered parts and any items marked on the invoice as AS-IS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, or NO EXCEPTIONS are also ineligible for return.
Services and Labor: Fees associated with professional labor and expertise are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated. This policy applies to all installation charges and service charges regardless of whether the work is performed by our technicians or an outside party. Diagnostic fees remain non-refundable regardless of the results or whether further repairs are performed. By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges they are paying for technical time and knowledge which cannot be recovered or returned.
Core Return Policy
Cores must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to apply. No cores will be accepted after the 30-day period. All core charges must be accompanied by the original invoice, as no cores will be accepted without this documentation. To receive a full refund, cores must be identical (model to model and year to year) and must be complete without missing or damaged parts. A partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion for cores that are returned incomplete or damaged.
Return Authorization Process
To start a return, you must first contact us through our contact page at partspanel.com/pages/contact. Please send an email including your order number and the specific reason for your return request. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This RMA form must be completed and included inside your return package to ensure proper tracking and processing.
