Return Policy.

All parts come with 90-Day Warranty with 30-Day for returns. Part(s) returned undamaged within 30-Days can receive refund, but no refunds will be given for any part returned after 30-Days of the original sales date. Our 90-Days warranty extends to mechanical and electrical issues, and we commit to either repairing, replacing, or providing a refund for any such issues. Customer refunds will take up to 1-2 business days and will be paid back via same payment method or by cheque.

Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund to apply. No cores will be accepted after 30 days.
Core charges must be accompanied with original invoice, no cores will be accepted without the original invoice.
Cores must be identical, model to model, year to year, and complete without missing or damaged parts for full refund to apply. A partial refund or credit may be issued for cores that are returned incomplete or damaged.

The part is installed in an application for which the manufacturer did not intend.
Vehicle is used in: government, taxi, commercial vehicle, limo service, fleet, or vehicle has been converted for racing or other competition or off-road competitive purposes. Unless stated on the invoice.
The part is sold “As Is” as indicated on the invoice.
Part(s) fails or becomes defective caused or related by fire, riot, theft, vandalism, explosion, collision, or weather (lighting, windstorm, hail, freezing, water, flood, etc.)
Part fails or becomes defective due to misuse, abuse, and modifying the part.
Part fails or becomes defective due to towing a trailer or a vehicle unless if your vehicle is built or equipped for this purpose as recommended by the factory.
The vehicle has been modified to plow snow.
Vehicle has not been serviced at the right period/time and/or not using the right fuel/oil/coolant that is recommended by the manufacturer.
Transmission fluid and filter are not changed at time of installation with original OEM recommended transmission fluid. Engine oil and filter are not changed and documented every 4000 KMS with OEM recommended motor oil.

Customer is responsible to inspect all parts prior to installation.
Original sales invoice must accompany all returns.
Warranty is not transferrable.

Prior to any work being performed, approval for all repairs or replacements must be approved by PARTS PANEL AUTOMOTIVE.
All parts sold is within the range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be exact year and model as the vehicle information that has been provided.
Glass breakage is not covered by the warranty. Eg. windshield, back glass, quarter glass, unless expressly stated on the invoice.

Parts that are sold may or may not have clips/fasteners.
PARTS PANEL AUTOMOTIVE will not be held responsible for any loss of revenue or profit due to any/all product failure.
PARTS PANEL AUTOMOTIVE will not be held responsible in any way for injury or damages incurred during as a result of installation of our part.

It is installer’s responsibility to fully drain and replace fluids, antifreeze, lubricants, and filters that are approved by the vehicle manufacturer.

Ball joints, wheel bearing, tie rod ends, bushing related to suspension and steering components are not covered by our warranty and should be inspected and changed by the installer.

MODULES: Computer modules often require re-programming when replacing.
TRANSFER CASE: Must replace with new oil, seals, gasket before installing the part.

ENGINE: Warranty will only cover block and header assembly. Parts that come with engine such as water pump, fuel pump, ignition system, etc. are not covered by warranty, unless expressly stated on front of the invoice. Must have new oil and filter recommended by the factory specification prior upon installation. Must replace seal before installation, and our warranty does not cover seal. Claims relating to overheating and/or improper lubrication or its components are not covered by our warranty.

TRANSMISSION: Installer must replace with new seals, pan gasket, oil, filter and reset or replace computer codes when installing a transmission. Installer must replace radiator or transmission oil cooler, cooler must be cleansed and flushed before installing the transmission.

TIRES: All used tires are not covered under the warranty. All used tires are sold “As Is”. Used tires are not tested or labeled to meet any safety standards. The purchaser of used tires agrees to accept and is responsible for all risks relating to used tires.
SRS AIRBAGS & SEATBELTS: All recycled SRS Airbags and Seatbelts are sold “As Is”. Any SRS installed incorrectly will put passengers in the vehicle in risk of injury, or death. The purchaser of a SRS assumes and accepts all risks of injuries, damages, or death as a result of improper installation.
