Processing and Handling Times

Our standard shipment cutoff time is 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed before this time are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. For orders containing multiple items or oversized parts, please allow 2–4 business days for handling and preparation. Please note that we do not accept customer-generated shipping labels; all shipments must be handled through our authorized accounts.

Shipping Rates and Remote Areas

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on standard courier regions. If you reside in a remote area or outside of our primary service region, shipping costs and delivery windows may vary significantly depending on available courier services. We reserve the right to adjust shipping quotes as necessary based on the destination and courier requirements.

Oversized and Pallet Shipments

The shipping rates provided at checkout for oversized or palletized items apply to a single (1) item only. If you are purchasing multiple quantities of the same product or a variety of large parts that require palletization, please contact us directly for an accurate freight quote. Please be advised that shipping quotes generated on the checkout page for all oversized or pallet shipments are subject to change based on actual carrier rates at the time of dispatch.

Insurance Coverage

All shipped orders include a standard insurance coverage of $100.00. If you wish to protect your shipment further, additional insurance coverage is available at a cost of 5% of your total order value. To add extra insurance to your order, you must call us to request and process this before the item is dispatched.

Free Local Pickup

If the "Local Pickup" option is not visible on the checkout page, you must contact your local branch representative to initiate the process. If the part is currently located at a different branch and you request it to be moved to your preferred branch for pickup, please allow 1–3 business days for transfers within the same region, and 2–3 weeks for transfers from out-of-region branches. It is the customer's responsibility to organize the prompt pickup of all parts once they have arrived at the designated location.

Authorized Carriers

We utilize a variety of reliable carriers to deliver your parts, including UPS, Purolator, Canpar, ICS Courier, Canada Post, USPS, Sameday, Day & Ross, Manitoulin, and DHL. The choice of carrier is determined by the size of the part and the delivery destination to ensure the most efficient service possible.
