Shipping Policy:

3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. If you reside outside of our region or in a remote area, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary due to courier services.
5. We don’t accept customer’s own generated shipping label.

Free Pickup:

1. Must contact your local branch representative to initiate the process.
2. If part is located in a different branch, and would like it to be shipped to your preferred branch for ‘Free Local Pickup’, it will take 1-3 working days if the part is within region, and 2-3 weeks for out of region.
3. It is your responsibility to organize the pickup of your part(s) promptly, and exceeding the allocated time may result in storage fees being applied.

Oversized/Pallet shipments:

1. Multiple parts being shipped at once.
2. Shipping quote on the checkout page may be subjected to change on all oversized/pallet shipments.

Insurance:

1. All orders shipped have a standard insurance coverage of $100.00.
2. Additional insurance coverage will cost you extra 5% of your order total (must call to request this).
